Inclinometers and Pendulums

GLÖTZL inclinometer probes have proven themselves thousands of times in demanding field applications. The robust and precisely manufactured mechanics, the use of powerful sensors and electronics, as well as a maintenance-friendly design, reflect the high quality of our probes. Depending on the measurement task, you can choose between two system variants. The NMGH is specifically designed for measuring vertical deformations in horizontal guide tubes, e.g., in dam embankments or for monitoring foundations. The NMGD, on the other hand, is used for measuring deformations in excavation walls, tunnel tubes, and bored piles,

but also serves for borehole measurement. The probe, cable drum, display devices, and specialized software for data collection are perfectly matched components that form a complete system.

The vector pendulum system GEPR is an opto-electronic measuring instrument designed for the automatic detection of weight pendulum systems, float pendulum systems, and wire alignments. The wire position is determined using a semiconductor laser based on the shadow casting principle. Due to its high measurement accuracy, the system is particularly well-suited for the continuous monitoring of pendulum systems in dams or shaft installations.

The horizontal inclinometer probe NMGH is used for measuring vertical deformations in horizontally installed guide tubes with the aim of determining settlements and ensuring the stability of structures.
