Displacement Transducers
Depending on the task, we offer fissurometers designed to monitor structural cracks or to measure spatial displacements between two parts of a structure. In both cases, the systems are characterized by their robust and precision-oriented design. Measurement data can be collected manually using a dial
gauge or electronically via displacement sensors. The GFD sensor, for measuring very small displacements with the highest precision, and the GWD 20 W, for measurements in inaccessible areas, were specifically developed for special applications.
Type F1
Fissurometer
The fissurometer for structural cracks consists of two stainless steel angles, which are bolted on both sides of the crack.
Type 3D
Fissurometer
The three-dimensional fissurometer is used to detect the spatial displacement of two structural components relative to each other.
Type GWD10
Displacement Transducer
The displacement transducer GWD 10 offers high performance in a very compact design. It is primarily used in fissurometers and automatic measuring heads Type MA.
Type GFD
Fissurometer
The precision transducer GFD is used to measure the smallest displacements with highest precision.
Type GWD20 W
Electrical Displacement Transducers for Monitoring Joint Gaps
The electrical displacement transducer GWD 20 W consists of a flexible insulated foil with an internal resistance track, as well as fastening dowels and ball joints, and serves as a strain gauge and joint gap meter.
Type GEM
Mechanical Dial Gauge
The mechanical gauge GEM is used for manually reading the measured value, among other things, in conjunction with our plastic rod extensometer.
Type GED
Digital Measuring Device for Plastic Rod Extensometers
For measuring the extensometer, the digital measuring device, Type GED 50, is a very accurate and straightforward measuring instrument.
Type GWD 20 G
Displacement Transducer
The displacement transducer GWD 20 G consists of a flexible insulated foil with an internal resistance track, as well as mounting brackets and a counterplate for strain measurement on geogrids.
