BUILDING ENSEMBLE PRAEDIUM
The PRAEDIUM building ensemble in the Europaviertel of Frankfurt/Main consists of a total of 242 condominiums, including an eight-story building with 83 apartments and a 19-story residential tower with 159 apartments.
The focus of this project was the geotechnical monitoring to control the deformation of the retaining structure and the structural behavior of the foundation, which was implemented as a combined pile-raft foundation (KPP).
